About Klici 1% Gel

Klici 1% Gel is used to treat acne (pimples). Acne is a skin condition caused when the hair follicles are plugged with oil and dead skin cells. Symptoms include blackheads, pus-filled pimples, and large/red bumps. 

Klici 1% Gel contains 'Clindamycin' that works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, which stops bacterial growth. It shows a bacteriostatic effect, which prevents the multiplication of bacteria.

Klici 1% Gel is for external (for skin) use only. Avoid contact with eyes, eyelids, lips, and mouth. Like all medicines, Klici 1% Gel also causes side effects, although not everybody gets them. Common side effects of Klici 1% Gel include burning sensation, itching, dryness, redness, oily skin, and peeling of the skin. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. If these side effects persist longer, please consult your doctor.

Directions for Use

It is for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, eyelids, lips, and mouth.Cream/Gel/Lotion: Take the advised amount of cream/gel/lotion with clean and dry hands. Apply it to the affected areas and gently massage it into the skin with your fingers. Wash your hands before and after applying cream/gel/lotion. Do not put a dressing or bandage on the affected areas. Topical solution: Apply the solution in the dose advised by the doctor to the affected areas of the skin and rub it gently.Mist spray: Spray the solution on the affected areas as directed by your physician and rub it gently.Foam: Apply a generous amount onto the affected areas with your hands and massage it with your fingers. If the can is warm or the foam seems runny, place the can under cold water.

Please limit the use of products that contain large amounts of alcohol (astringents, shaving creams or after-shave lotions), hair removal products, and products containing lime or spices while using Klici 1% Gel.
