About Kinetal 20mg/1ml Injection

Kinetal 20mg/1ml Injection belongs to a class of medicines called hemorheological agents used to treat peripheral vascular disease and intermittent claudication. Intermittent claudication is a condition in which muscle pain or mild exertion occurs during exercise due to blood flow obstruction. Peripheral vascular disease is a circulatory disorder in which narrowed blood vessels lead to reduced blood flow.

Kinetal 20mg/1ml Injection contains Pentoxifylline which decreases the blood viscosity, allowing blood to flow easily through the blood vessels. Thus, Kinetal 20mg/1ml Injection helps improve blood flow in people with circulation problems.

In some cases, Kinetal 20mg/1ml Injection may cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, and gastric fullness. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, reach out to your doctor.

Inform your doctor if you are allergic to any components in Kinetal 20mg/1ml Injection. Let your doctor know if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Also, inform your doctor if you are taking any other prescription/non-prescription medicines, including herbal products and vitamin/mineral supplements.
