Kenadol Plus Cold & Cough Tablet is a combination of aceclofenac, paracetamol, phenylephrine, cetirizine, and caffeine as active ingredients. It works by blocking the action of certain substances responsible for causing allergic reactions.

Kenadol Plus Cold & Cough Tablet may cause side effects such as dizziness, drowsiness, nervousness, dry mouth, constipation, and trouble sleeping.
