Isorus Tablet contains Isosorbide dinitrate and Hydralazine. Isosorbide dinitrate relaxes the heart's muscles and widens the heart's veins and arteries for easy flow of blood to every part of the body. Hydralazine helps lower raised blood pressure by relaxing and widening the heart's muscles. Together, Isorus Tablet helps treat heart failure.

Take Isorus Tablet as your doctor has prescribed it. In some cases, Isorus Tablet can cause side effects like headache, nausea, dizziness, and lightheadedness (feeling faint). Do not take Isorus Tablet if you have low blood pressure because even a low dose of Isorus Tablet may produce low blood pressure. Do not drive by using this Isorus Tablet because it produces dizziness that may cause an accident.
