Infa-VT Tablet belongs to the group of medicines called antibiotics. Infa-VT Tablet is primarily used to treat vaginal discharge. Vaginal discharge is a type of infection produced by the overgrowth of harmful bacteria in the vagina. Symptoms of this disease include watery grey, discharge with itching, and a fishy smell.

Infa-VT Tablet contains three medicines, namely clotrimazole, lactobacillus (Lactic Acid Bacillus), and tinidazole. Clotrimazole is an antifungal that prevents the development of fungi by stopping them from developing their own protective covering. Lactobacillus (Lactic Acid Bacillus) is a live bacteria that maintain the vagina in a healthy form by making anti-infectious substances. Tinidazole is an antibiotic. It kills the bacteria by damaging their DNA.

Take Infa-VT Tablet as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Infa-VT Tablet as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical conditions. You may experience bitter taste, weakness, nausea, vomiting, indigestion, headache, weight gain, constipation, dizziness. Most of these side effects of Infa-VT Tablet do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

Before starting Infa-VT Tablet, please inform your doctor if you have any allergies with Infa-VT Tablet and its contents. Please consult a doctor before taking Infa-VT Tablet if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Infa-VT Tablet may cause dizziness and vision problems, so be cautious while driving. Avoid alcohol consumption while taking Infa-VT Tablet as it causes increased dizziness. Infa-VT Tablet is not recommended for use in children.

Gently clean and dry the vaginal area before using. Lie on your back and gently insert Infa-VT Tablet it into your vagina using the applicator provided by the pack. Wash your hands before and after use.
