Hence it is advised to inform your doctor if you have any heart-related problems like heart failure, slow heartbeat, QT prolongation in EKG or ECG (electrocardiogram) and a family history of heart diseases. Avoid consuming alcohol along with Ilopride 4mg Tablet as it might lead to increased side effects like dizziness and drowsiness. Ilopride 4mg Tablet is not recommended for people below 18 years of age as the safety and effectiveness have not been established.

• Drink plenty of water.
• Follow a healthy lifestyle as it helps in improving overall health and possibly protects the brain.

• Let your doctor know that you are taking Ilopride 4mg Tablet if you are undergoing any medical tests.
• It is advised to monitor your blood pressure and blood sugar levels regularly while using Ilopride 4mg Tablet.
• If you have stopped taking Ilopride 4mg Tablet for more than three days in a row, please inform your doctor so that you may be needed to restart the medicine at a lower dose.
• Regular monitoring of heart function with ECG or EKG is necessary.
• Regular examinations of your electrolytes are also recommended.
