I-Kul Plus Eye Drops is an anti-allergic medicine used to treat eye allergies. It relieves redness, itching, burning sensation, and discomfort due to the eyes' dryness and exposure to wind, sun, or dust.
I-Kul Plus Eye Drops is a combination of Chlorpheniramine maleate, Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, Naphazoline, and Zinc Sulphate. Chlorpheniramine maleate is an antihistamine that reduces the itching and watery eyes caused by allergies. Naphazoline is a decongestant that narrows the eye's blood vessels, relieving itching and irritation. Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose acts as a lubricant for the eyes and relieves dryness and discomfort. Zinc sulphate is an astringent that reduces redness and irritation associated with eye allergy.
I-Kul Plus Eye Drops is for ophthalmic (eye) use only. Some common side effects include temporary blurred vision, burning/stinging/redness of the eye, and discomfort. These side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.
Inform your doctor if you have any disease history or allergic reactions to medicines. Avoid touching the dropper with bare hands or taking it closer to the eyelids while administering drops since it contaminates the dropper tip and solution. It is advised to check with your doctor before using I-Kul Plus Eye Drops if you are pregnant, currently breastfeeding, or taking any other prescribed or non-prescribed medicines. Avoid driving or operating machines since the administration of I-Kul Plus Eye Drops causes blurred vision for a while after use.
