Igusign Tablet 10's contains 'Iguratimod', which inhibits the production of immunoglobulins and inflammatory cytokines. It inhibits osteoclast differentiation and bone resorption, thereby stimulates bone metabolism. Igusign Tablet 10's provides relief from pain and inflammation by inhibiting cyclooxygenase-2, an enzyme that is responsible for pain and inflammation. 
 
You are advised to take Igusign Tablet 10's for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects, such as stomach pain, dizziness, headache, itchiness, nausea, and vomiting.
