Gramoneg Oral Suspension is used to treat urinary tract infections (UTIs) caused by bacteria. Urinary tract infection is the most common infection in humans caused by microbes. It can occur in any part of the urinary tract, such as the bladder, urethra, kidneys, or ureters.
Gramoneg Oral Suspension contains Nalixic acid, an antibiotic that works by inhibiting the action of DNA gyrase (a bacterial enzyme), which is essential for repairing and replicating bacteria's genetic material (DNA). Thus, it prevents the reproduction and repair of bacteria. Thus, it kills bacteria and clears the infection.

Gramoneg Oral Suspension inhibits DNA gyrase (bacterial enzyme) action that is essential for repairing and replicating the genetic material (DNA) of bacteria.
