Fullrest Tablet is primarily used to treat psychogenic depression, depressive neurosis, psychosomatic affections accompanied by anxiety and apathy, asthenia, menopausal depression, and depression in alcoholics and drug addicts. Depression is a mood disorder that affects a person's daily life and is described as feelings of sadness, loss, or anger. These symptoms may interfere with daily activities and affect the quality of life.
Fullrest Tablet contains Flupentixol and Melitracen. Flupentixol is an antipsychotic medication that works by inhibiting dopamine, a chemical messenger in the brain that influences thoughts and mood. Melitracen is a tricyclic antidepressant that raises the levels of chemical messengers in the brain that aid in mood regulation and the treatment of depression. Thus, Fullrest Tablet effectively treats various forms of depression and anxiety.
Take Fullrest Tablet as prescribed. Your doctor will decide the dose and duration based on your medical condition. Common side effects of Fullrest Tablet include insomnia, restlessness, agitation, dizziness, tremor, dry mouth, constipation, accommodation disorder and fatigue. If any of these side effects persist or worsen, contact your doctor immediately.
Do not use Fullrest Tablet if you are allergic to any of the components. Seek medical advice if you are pregnant, planning to get pregnant, or breastfeeding. Do not consume alcohol while using Fullrest Tablet , as there may be an interaction. Fullrest Tablet is not recommended for excitable or overactive patients since its activating effect may exaggerate these characteristics. The safety and efficacy of Fullrest Tablet in children have not been established. Keep your doctor informed about your medical condition and medications to rule out any negative effects or interactions.

Concomitant treatment of Fullrest Tablet with MAOIs (monoamine oxidase inhibitors) is contraindicated as it may cause serotonin syndrome (a combination of symptoms, possibly including confusion, agitation, tremor, hyperthermia and myoclonus). Therefore, do not take Fullrest Tablet if you are taking MAOIs or have taken them in the past 14 days.

Depression: It is a mood condition defined by a continuous feeling of unhappiness, dissatisfaction, hopelessness, anger or loss that interferes with a person's daily activities. Depression can also have an impact on some chronic health issues and relationships. Neurotransmitters such as serotonin, dopamine, and noradrenaline levels drop in this illness, resulting in depressive symptoms. The specific aetiology of depression is unknown; however, it may be linked to mental health issues, family history, drug use, trauma, and physiological diseases. Depression can be treated with medications and psychotherapy.
Anxiety: Anxiety is a state of uneasiness that can range from mild to severe. Anxiety is a normal emotion. However, some people struggle to keep their fears in control. Anxiety is the primary symptom of several disorders, including panic disorder, phobias (such as agoraphobia or claustrophobia), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and social anxiety disorder (social phobia).
Asthenia: It is a condition characterised by a lack of energy, strength, and physical or mental weakness which can affect certain body parts or the entire body.
