Fosavance 70 mg/5600 IU Tablet is used to prevent and treat osteoporosis in post-menopausal women. Fosavance 70 mg/5600 IU Tablet lowers the risk of hip and spine fractures in post-menopausal women. Osteoporosis is a condition in which bones become weak and brittle. 

Fosavance 70 mg/5600 IU Tablet contains Alendronic acid (Alendronate) and Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3). Fosavance 70 mg/5600 IU Tablet strengthens bones and promotes bone integrity by regulating bone turnover and preventing bone cell destruction.

Take Fosavance 70 mg/5600 IU Tablet as prescribed. Sometimes, Fosavance 70 mg/5600 IU Tablet may cause side effects such as muscle or joint pain, nausea, indigestion, gas and headache.
