Foracort G 400 Rotacaps contains Formoterol fumarate dihydrate (bronchodilator), glycopyrrolate (anticholinergic), and budesonide (corticosteroid). Drug-Drug Interactions: Foracort G 400 Rotacaps may interact with other long-acting bronchodilators (salbutamol, vilanterol, olodaterol, indacaterol), anticholinergic drugs (ipratropium, tiotropium, aclidinium), medicines to induce labour (oxytocin), antithyroid agent (levothyroxine), antidepressants (imipramine, amitriptyline, isocarboxazid, phenelzine), antifungals (itraconazole, ketoconazole), HIV medicines (atazanavir, ritonavir, nelfinavir, indinavir, cobicistat, saquinavir), etc.

Drug-Food Interactions: Foracort G 400 Rotacaps may interact with grapefruit and grapefruit juice. Therefore, avoid consuming grapefruit or its juice with Foracort G 400 Rotacaps as it may lead to severe adverse effects. Also, it is safe to limit alcohol and caffeine intake.
