Florita Capsule is used to treat bowel problems such as diarrhoea and irritable bowel syndrome and helps restore and maintain the natural balance of good bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract. Diarrhoea is a condition characterised by loose and watery stools with a frequent need to have a bowel movement. An irritable bowel syndrome is a group of intestinal symptoms that occur together. 

Florita Capsule is a combination of probiotics (live strains of bacteria that keep the body healthy) and prebiotics (a type of fibre that acts as food for friendly bacteria). Florita Capsule helps restore good bacteria in the intestines. Thereby, it prevents diarrhoea and loss of beneficial bacteria due to prolonged intake of antibiotics or infections in the intestine. 

Take Florita Capsule as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take Florita Capsule for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you based on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience fever, nausea, soft stools, constipation, flatulence (gas) or stomach cramps. Most of these side effects of Florita Capsule do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

Drug-Drug Interactions: Florita Capsule may interact with antifungals (ketoconazole, clotrimazole, griseofulvin).

Drug-Food Interactions: Florita Capsule may interact with alcohol. Therefore, avoid alcohol consumption with name as it may increase adverse effects.

Drug-Disease Interactions: If you have diabetes, a weak immune system, recurring urinary tract or vaginal infections, inform your doctor before taking Florita Capsule .

• Include bananas, apple, toast, and rice in your diet to firm the stools.

• Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of fluids to compensate for electrolyte loss.

• Clear broths and ORS can help provide essential electrolytes.

• Avoid spicy, fried and processed foods.

• Take ample rest.

• Avoid the intake of foods that can trigger diarrhoea.

• Do not consume contaminated food or water.
