Vulvovaginal candidiasis is a fungal infection of the vagina and tissues at the opening of the vagina vulva. Symptoms may include irritation, discharge and intense itchiness of the vagina and the vulva tissues at the vaginal opening.

FIVASA 600MG CAPSULE contains Fenticonazole, an antifungal that kills fungi by causing holes in their cell membranes. Thus, FIVASA 600MG CAPSULE can inhibit fungal growth and reduce infection. It is active against a range of organisms, including dermatophyte pathogens, Malassezia furfur, and Candida albicans.

FIVASA 600MG CAPSULE should be used as advised by your doctor has advised. It should be taken at the dose recommended by your doctor. FIVASA 600MG CAPSULE may cause common side effects like application site reactions such as burning, irritation, itching, and redness. The side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, if these side effects persist, please consult your doctor immediately.

This medicine may damage the latex of condoms and diaphragms; hence these types of contraception are also not effective during treatment with FIVASA 600MG CAPSULE. Hence, alternative methods of contraception or abstinence from sexual intercourse are recommended.
