Fenspar 50 mcg/Hr Transdermal Patch 45X45Mm contains Fentanyl, which is primarily used to treat pain. It works by blocking a chemical messenger in the brain responsible for causing pain. Hence, changing the way the brain and nervous system respond to pain.
Fenspar 50 mcg/Hr Transdermal Patch 45X45Mm is an external preparation. It is mostly given by your doctor in the hospital setting. Fenspar 50 mcg/Hr Transdermal Patch 45X45Mm may cause certain side effects such as dizziness, sleepiness, increased or decreased blood pressure, application site reactions, and irregular heartbeat in some cases. Avoid consuming alcohol along with Fenspar 50 mcg/Hr Transdermal Patch 45X45Mm as it could lead to increased dizziness. Do not use Fenspar 50 mcg/Hr Transdermal Patch 45X45Mm for a prolonged time as it may lead to mental or physical dependence on Fenspar 50 mcg/Hr Transdermal Patch 45X45Mm. This medicine is not recommended for children below 18 years of age. Do not use this medicine if you have used an MAO inhibitor in the past 14 days, as this combination may cause serious interaction. Blood pressure and cardiovascular (heart) status should be monitored closely during the treatment with Fenspar 50 mcg/Hr Transdermal Patch 45X45Mm, especially in people affected with high blood pressure and a history of heart failure. Fenspar 50 mcg/Hr Transdermal Patch 45X45Mm is not recommended for mild pain or pain that lasts for a very short time.

Inform your doctor if you have respiratory disorders, heart diseases, high blood pressure, and liver or kidney disease or hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid). Do not use Fenspar 50 mcg/Hr Transdermal Patch 45X45Mm for a prolonged time, Fenspar 50 mcg/Hr Transdermal Patch 45X45Mm contains fentanyl that may lead to mental or physical dependence on Fenspar 50 mcg/Hr Transdermal Patch 45X45Mm. Do not take Fenspar 50 mcg/Hr Transdermal Patch 45X45Mm if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, as it may cause adverse effects on the baby. Fenspar 50 mcg/Hr Transdermal Patch 45X45Mm is not recommended for children below 18 years of age. Do not use this medicine if you have used an MAO inhibitor in the past 14 days, as a dangerous drug interaction could occur. Drug-Drug Interactions: Fenspar 50 mcg/Hr Transdermal Patch 45X45Mm is known to interact with antihistamines (cetirizine, phenylephrine), anti-HIV medicines (ritonavir, indinavir, saquinavir), anti-anxiety medicines (droperidol), anti-fungal medicines (fluconazole, voriconazole), anti-depressants (citalopram, duloxetine, escitalopram, fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, paroxetine, sertraline, venlafaxine), MAO Inhibitors (Isocarboxazid, Selegiline).
Drug-Food Interactions: Fenspar 50 mcg/Hr Transdermal Patch 45X45Mm is known to interact with alcohol and grapefruit juice.
Drug-Disease Interactions: Fenspar 50 mcg/Hr Transdermal Patch 45X45Mm is known to interact in patients who have or had an underactive thyroid gland, lung disease, myasthenia gravis (a muscle disorder), liver or kidney disease, alcoholism, severe undiagnosed headaches, or recently suffered a head injury, low blood volume, pain in the right upper side of your abdomen (bile duct).

Pregnancy

If your infant exhibits symptoms like hyperactivity, disturbed sleep, high-pitched crying, excessive shaking of a body part, vomiting, diarrhoea, or failure to gain weight, contact your doctor immediately.
Breast Feeding
