Fenkind PR 100mg/325mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of three drugs, namely: Aceclofenac (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug), Paracetamol (analgesic and antipyretic), and Rabeprazole (proton pump inhibitor).  Aceclofenac and Paracetamol work by inhibiting the production of certain chemical substances such as prostaglandins that cause pain and swelling.
