About Ezello Tablet

Ezello Tablet is indicated in the symptomatic treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and erosive esophagitis due to acid-mediated GERD in children. It is also indicated in the treatment of stomach ulcers.

Ezello Tablet contains Esomeprazole, which inhibits gastric acid secretion by blocking the proton pump. Thus, it helps reduce the amount of acid in the stomach.

In some cases, Ezello Tablet may cause side effects such as headache, abdominal pain, nausea, and diarrhoea. Most of these side effects may not require medical attention and resolve over time. However, talk to the doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.

• Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD): Ezello Tablet may be prescribed to children diagnosed with GERD, a condition where the stomach contents flow back into the esophagus, causing chronic symptoms.
• Peptic Ulcer Management: Ezello Tablet may be effective in managing peptic ulcers, helping to reduce the stomach acid secretion that can aggravate or contribute to ulcers.

Directions for Use

• Ezello Tablet should be taken on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before a meal, to improve its effectiveness. • It is usually taken in the morning or as advised by a doctor. • Give Ezello Tablet orally to your child by dissolving the contents of the sachet in a container with one teaspoonful (5ml) of water.
