About Eyetech Eye Drops

Eyetech Eye Drops belongs to the class of 'ophthalmic lubricants' that treat dry eyes. A dry eye is a disorder of the tear film of the eye that leads to the deficiency or extreme evaporation of the tears causing damage to the ocular surface.

Eyetech Eye Drops is composed of Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose and Stabilized Oxychloro complex. Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose is a tear substitute and a lubricant that keeps the eyes moist and helps protect the eyes from infection. It also relieves foreign body sensations, burning, and itching of the eyes. Stabilized Oxychloro complex is an antimicrobial preservative.

Eyetech Eye Drops is for ophthalmic (for the eye) use only. Common side effects of Eyetech Eye Drops include eye irritation/itching, burning/stinging sensation, eye discomfort, and temporary blurred vision. Directions for Use

Eye drops: Tilt your head back and pull your lower eyelid downwards and outwards. Gently squeeze the dropper and instil the drops inside the eyes. Blink a few times to spread the medication inside your eye.

Eyetech Eye Drops consists of Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, an eye lubricant. It keeps the eyes moist and relieves foreign body sensations, burning, dryness, and itching caused due to dry eyes.
If you are wearing contact lenses, remove them before using Eyetech Eye Drops. Wear them back after 15 minutes of using eye drops. Also, remember to wash your hands before and after using the eye drops to avoid contamination.
