Entrak Soothe Eye Ointment 5 gm contains Tacrolimus, which works by inhibiting the production of inflammatory chemicals by specific immune cells (T lymphocytes).

In some cases, Entrak Soothe Eye Ointment 5 gm may cause side effects such as foreign body sensation in the eye, burning sensation, and blurred vision. Most of these side effects may not require medical attention and resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to the doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.

Consult the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Entrak Soothe Eye Ointment 5 gm may cause blurred vision; therefore, drive only if you have clear vision. Keep the doctor informed about your health condition and medications to prevent any side effects/interactions.

Do not use Entrak Soothe Eye Ointment 5 gm if you are allergic to any of its components. Consult the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Inform the doctor if you have liver or kidney disease, diabetes, blood coagulation problems, heart problems, infections, allergic reactions, red eye or tearing. Avoid sunlight (UV) exposure and consumption of grapefruit juice. Do not touch the tip of the container to prevent contamination. Let the doctor know if you are using any other medicines.
