Doxinate XT Tablet used to control nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. It helps treat morning sickness (nauseous feeling during the first trimester) in pregnant women. Nausea is an uneasy feeling in which a person feels an urge to vomit, while vomiting is the body's natural response to discharge the stomach content forcefully.

Doxinate XT Tablet contains Methylcobalamin, L Methylfolate Calcium, Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate (vitamin B6) and Doxylamine Succinate. Methylcobalamin and L Methylfolate Calcium can provide essential nutrients during pregnancy. Doxylamine succinate belongs to the class of antihistamines that work by blocking the natural chemical (histamine) in the body, thereby preventing nausea and vomiting. Pyridoxine/vitamin B6 deficiency may cause nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. Pyridoxal-5-phosphate works by increasing the level of vitamin B6 in the body. Thus, it helps treat nausea and vomiting during pregnancy.

Take Doxinate XT Tablet as prescribed. You are advised to take Doxinate XT Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects, such as drowsiness, constipation, dizziness, or blurred vision. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

If you are allergic to any foods or medicines, please tell your doctor. The Doxinate XT Tablet is usually not taken by breastfeeding mothers as it passes into breast milk. Doxinate XT Tablet should not be given to children as safety and efficacy have not been established. Doxinate XT Tablet may cause dizziness; therefore, drive with caution. Avoid consuming alcohol along with Doxinate XT Tablet as it could lead to increased dizziness. If you are taking MAO inhibitors, inform your doctor, as taking them along with Doxinate XT Tablet may cause unpleasant side effects.

Doxinate XT Tablet combines four drugs: Methylcobalamin, L-methyl folate calcium, pyridoxal 5 phosphate (vitamin B6), and doxylamine succinate. Doxinate XT Tablet relieves nausea and vomiting that occurs in pregnancy due to some hormonal changes. It acts by blocking the activity of some chemicals which make you sick. It will also increase your vitality during pregnancy.

Do not take Doxinate XT Tablet if you are allergic to any of its contents. Tell your doctor if you have asthma, increased eye pressure, narrow-angle glaucoma, stomach ulcer, a blockage in your gut (digestive tract), or liver or kidney problems. Inform your doctor if you are taking medicines for depression, cough or cold medicines, sleeping medicines, or certain pain medicines. Doxinate XT Tablet should not be taken by breastfeeding mothers as it passes into breast milk. Doxinate XT Tablet should not be given to children as safety and efficacy have not been established. • Limit taking foods and drinks that contain chocolate, alcohol, caffeine, fructose, or sorbitol, carbonated drinks, fried, and fatty foods. 
• Do not have large meals at a time; instead, try having small and simpler meals at regular intervals, including fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.
• Practice yoga and recreation techniques to manage your emotional stress.
• If you are lactose intolerant, avoid using dairy products since it can worsen your stomach discomfort.
• If you cannot take dairy products, it is advised to include other calcium-rich foods like leafy greens, beans, nuts, and seeds.
• Drink plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration.
• Manage stress, eat healthily, drink plenty of water, exercise regularly, and get plenty of sleep.
