Serotonin helps in enhancing mood, improving memory, and also reduces problems associated with sleeping and eating. Noradrenaline helps in improving mood, alertness, and the ability to concentrate. The common side-effects of Dotin M 75mg/1500mcg Tablet are dry mouth, blurred vision, headache, increase or decrease in appetite, nausea or vomiting, diarrhoea, changes in heartbeat, constipation, difficulty in passing urine, and sweating.
