This risk may be more likely in the elderly (those over 60 years old) or those taking doses higher than 30 mg daily. Domways Strawberry Oral Drops 5 ml is not usually recommended in pregnancy and breastfeeding. But in some cases, domperidone is used to increase milk supply.
