Delfenac Tablet is composed of two medicines: Aceclofenac (pain reducer) and Paracetamol (fever reducer). Delfenac Tablet helps in relieving pain from conditions like headaches, mild migraine, muscle pain, dental pain, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. Aceclofenac and Paracetamol both work by blocking the chemical messengers responsible for causing pain, inflammation, and fever.

Delfenac Tablet may cause side effects like dizziness, nausea (feeling sick), digestion problems (constipation, flatulence, diarrhoea) and skin reactions (like rashes and hives). Taking more than the daily prescribed dose of Delfenac Tablet may cause liver damage or allergic reactions like swelling of the mouth, face, throat, difficulty in breathing, skin rash, itching, gastrointestinal bleeding and/or ulcer. Drug-Drug Interaction: Delfenac Tablet interact with cholesterol lowering drugs (cholestyramine), charcoal, medicine to stop vomiting (domperidone, metochlopramide), alcohol, anti HIV drug (zidovudine), blood thinner (warfarin), blood pressure lowering medicine, anti cancer or anti arthritis drug (methotrexate) may lead to drug toxicity or affect the working of Delfenac Tablet .
