Type II Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic condition that influences the body's metabolism of glucose or blood sugar. Insulin resistance or insufficient insulin production are the two main causes of type 2 diabetes.

Davi-Od 10 Tab contains Dapagliflozin (sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 inhibitors) and Vildagliptin (dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitor), which work by increasing the amounts of certain natural substances that lower blood sugar when it is high. 

Davi-Od 10 Tab may cause certain side effects, such as vomiting, nausea, dizziness, abdominal pain, headache, frequent urination, and allergic reactions. If these side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor. Davi-Od 10 Tab should be taken as prescribed by your doctor.

Treatment of Type II Diabetes Mellitus
Take Davi-Od 10 Tab as advised by your doctor. It is advised not to take more than the recommended dose. Swallow the medicine as a whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, crush, or break the medicine.

How does the drug interact with Davi-OD 10 Tablet 10's:
Co-administration of Davi-OD 10 Tablet 10's with Gatifloxacin may sometimes affect blood glucose levels. Both low blood glucose and, less frequently, high blood glucose have been reported.

How to manage the interaction:
Although there is a possible interaction, Gatifloxacin can be taken with Davi-OD 10 Tablet 10's if prescribed by the doctor. Consult the prescriber if you experience symptoms such as nervousness, confusion, headache, dizziness, drowsiness, tremor, nausea, hunger, weakness, perspiration, palpitation, rapid heartbeat, increased urination, increased thirst, and increased hunger. Maintaining blood glucose levels is advised. Do not discontinue the medication without consulting a doctor.

Co-administration of Davi-OD 10 Tablet 10's with Aliskiren may increase the risk of dehydration and low blood pressure.
