Dapasach MS 10/1000/100 Tablet is an antidiabetic medicine used to treat diabetes. It is used for the treatment of Type II Diabetes. Type II Diabetes Mellitus is a serious condition wherein the body doesn’t use insulin effectively, which causes unusual blood glucose levels (either not creating enough insulin, or the insulin they do make does not accomplish its purpose in the body).

Dapasach MS 10/1000/100 Tablet contains Dapagliflozin (sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 inhibitors), which removes excess sugar from the body via urine, Sitagliptin (dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitor), which works by increasing the amounts of certain natural substances that lower blood sugar when it is high and Metformin (biguanides), which works by reducing the sugar production by cells in the liver and delays sugar absorption from the intestines. Diet management and exercise, along with treatment of Dapasach MS 10/1000/100 Tablet , are used to control blood sugar levels.

Dapasach MS 10/1000/100 Tablet may cause certain side effects such as vomiting, nausea, abdominal pain, headache and allergic reactions. If these side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor. Dapasach MS 10/1000/100 Tablet should be taken as prescribed by your doctor.

Dapasach MS 10/1000/100 Tablet should be avoided if you are allergic to any of the medicines or the components in it. Dapasach MS 10/1000/100 Tablet  is a combination of three drugs: Sitagliptin, Dapagliflozin and Metformin. Dapasach MS 10/1000/100 Tablet belongs to the group of anti-diabetic medicines used to treat type-2 diabetes mellitus adjunct to diet and exercise. It removes excess sugar from the body via urine, increases the amounts of certain natural substances that lower blood sugar when it is high, reduces sugar production by cells in the liver and delays sugar absorption from the intestines.

Dapasach MS 10/1000/100 Tablet should be avoided if you are allergic to any of the medicines or the components in it. Avoid drinking alcohol while on Dapasach MS 10/1000/100 Tablet  as it increases the risk of hypoglycemia and lactic acidosis (when the lactic acid increases in the body, which impacts the functioning of various organs in the body).

Drug-Drug Interactions: Dapasach MS 10/1000/100 Tablet interacts with an anti-depressant (bupropion), drugs used to treat glaucoma, antibiotics (cephalexin, ciprofloxacin), anti-acidity drugs (cimetidine), heart condition drugs (digoxin), anti-epileptic drugs (topiramate, lamotrigine), heart-related chest medicine (ranolazine).

Drug-Food Interactions: Intake of excessive alcoholic beverages may increase the chance of a life-threatening condition known as Lactic Acidosis. So, avoid intake of alcoholic beverages with Dapasach MS 10/1000/100 Tablet .

Drug-Disease Interactions: Inform your doctor if you have any kidney or liver disease or heart problems.

• Keep your blood pressure as normal (140/90) as possible, as it reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases in diabetes patients.
• Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption while on treatment with Dapasach MS 10/1000/100 Tablet .
• Take short, frequent meals, and avoid prolonged fasting when taking Dapasach MS 10/1000/100 Tablet .

• Dapasach MS 10/1000/100 Tablet may sometimes cause hypoglycemia (low blood sugar levels) as a side effect. Try to carry candies or sugar biscuits in your pocket every time you feel symptoms such as sweating, dizziness, palpitations, shivering, intense thirst, dry mouth, dry skin, frequent urination, etc.
