About Cyclisis PF 0.05% Eye Drops 5 ml

Cyclisis PF 0.05% Eye Drops 5 ml is used in the treatment of severe keratitis (inflammation of the cornea) in adults. Also, it is used to treat dry eyes in patients whose condition has not been improved with artificial tears. A dry eye is a common condition that occurs when tears are unable to provide sufficient moisture. 

Cyclisis PF 0.05% Eye Drops 5 ml contains Cyclosporine, which works by increasing tear production and decreasing inflammation (swelling) in the eye. 

Use Cyclisis PF 0.05% Eye Drops 5 ml as prescribed by your doctor. Cyclisis PF 0.05% Eye Drops 5 ml is only for use in eyes. You are advised to use Cyclisis PF 0.05% Eye Drops 5 ml for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you based on your medical condition. In some cases, you may experience eye irritation, eye pain, watery eyes, itching in the eye, redness or swelling of the eyelid, and blurred vision using Cyclisis PF 0.05% Eye Drops 5 ml. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.

Cyclisis PF 0.05% Eye Drops 5 ml contains Cyclosporine, an immunosuppressant that increases tear production and decreases inflammation (swelling) in the eye. Thus, it is used in the treatment of severe keratitis (inflammation of the cornea) and to treat dry eyes in patients whose condition has not been improved with artificial tears. 

Side Effects of Cyclisis PF 0.05% Eye Drops 5 ml

  • Eye irritation

Directions for Use

Lie down and tilt your head backwards. Pull your lower eyelid gently with your index finger to form a pocket. Instil the number of drops as advised by the doctor into the pocket of the lower eyelid. Close your eyes for 1-2 minutes. Do not touch the tip of the container to the eye, eyelids or surrounding areas as it may contaminate Cyclisis PF 0.05% Eye Drops 5 ml. Cyclisis PF 0.05% Eye Drops 5 ml is for external use only. Do not inject Cyclisis PF 0.05% Eye Drops 5 ml.

You are recommended to maintain a time gap of 15 minutes between using other eye medicines and Cyclisis PF 0.05% Eye Drops 5 ml. Discard the bottle after 4 weeks of first opening to prevent infections.
