Cristavert Plus Tablet contains Cinnarizine (a calcium antagonist) and Dimenhydrinate (an antihistamine). Cinnarizine prevents the narrowing of the blood vessels in the ear, improving blood flow. Dimenhydrinate works by blocking the action of a chemical messenger known as histamine, thereby preventing problems with loss of balance. Together, Cristavert Plus Tablet helps reduce the symptoms of vertigo.
