Colimex DF Oral Drops contains Dimethicone, fennel oil, and Dill oil. Dimethicone is an antifoaming medicine that disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy gas passage. In contrast, fennel oil and dill oil are herbal medicines that help increase the movement of the stomach and intestines to push food through the digestive system. They also relieve muscle spasms in the gut. 

Colimex DF Oral Drops should be used as suggested by your doctor. Shake the bottle before use.
