Ccq 100 Tablet is an ovulation stimulant medication used to treat infertility in women who are not ovulating (producing an egg) properly or have an irregular or no menstrual cycle. Ovulation issues are a common cause of female infertility.

Ccq 100 Tablet is a combination of Clomifene Citrate (oestrogen agonist) and Ubidecarenone (nutritional supplements). Clomifene Citrate boosts the production of hormones involved in the ovulation process. Ubidecarenone is an antioxidant that protects the body from harm caused by chemicals (free radicals) that cause infertility. As a result, Ccq 100 Tablet effectively addresses female infertility.

You should take this medicine as prescribed by your doctor. The common side-effects of Ccq 100 Tablet are flushing (reddening of the skin, especially the face), headache, Insomnia, tiredness, dizziness, breast pain or tenderness, heavy periods, or bleeding between periods. Tell your doctor if any of these side effects persist or worsen.

Do not take Ccq 100 Tablet if you are allergic to Clomifene Citrate or Ubidecarenone or any other ingredients present in it, have liver disease, unexplained and unusual menstrual bleeding, have a type of cancer worse by hormones, or have an ovarian cyst. It is not recommended to use in pregnant women. So, taking a pregnancy test before using this medicine is advised. It is also not recommended for use in children, adolescents, men, and post-menopausal women. Inform your doctor if you are breastfeeding, as this medicine may affect the amount of breast milk produced. Before taking this medicine, let your doctor know if you are taking any other prescription, non-prescription medicines, or herbal products.

It should be swallowed as a whole with a glass of water. Do not break, chew, or crush it.

If you are allergic or hypersensitive to Clomifene Citrate, Ubidecarenone, or any other ingredients in Ccq 100 Tablet, do not take it. Inform your doctor if you are experiencing early menopause, have been diagnosed as infertile, have stopped menstruating due to being underweight, have previously been diagnosed with fits or seizures (fits), uterine fibroids (non-cancerous tumours in the womb), polycystic ovaries (presence of small cysts on the enlarged ovaries), swollen ovaries, or hypertriglyceridemia (increased fat levels in the body), Before prescribing this medication, your doctor may perform additional tests to rule out other causes of infertility. Because Ccq 100 Tablet contains lactose and sucrose, consult your doctor if you are sensitive to sugar. Do not begin taking a new medication without first consulting your doctor. To avoid potential interactions, inform your doctor about any prescription and non-prescription medications you are taking, including other vitamins, before beginning Ccq 100 Tablet.

• Consume a healthy diet rich in fibre and proteins and low in carbohydrates and fats. 

• Avoid processed or high-sugar foods. 

• Stay active and shed excess weight if you are overweight or obese. Do not perform intense exercises as they may negatively impact your reproductive health. Increase the intensity of exercise gradually.

• Being underweight may also reduce your chances of getting pregnant. So, prepare a diet chart that can help you gain weight healthily. 

• Avoid stress, as it may decrease your chances of getting pregnant. Try relaxation techniques and receive support and counselling if necessary. 

• Limit alcohol and caffeine intake.

• Quit smoking.
