About Bitflox OZ Oral Suspension

Bitflox OZ Oral Suspension is indicated in the treatment of bacterial infections in children. It may also be used to treat diarrhoea and dysentery. A bacterial infection is a condition in which harmful bacteria enter, multiply, and infect the body.

Bitflox OZ Oral Suspension contains Ofloxacin and Ornidazole. Ofloxacin inhibits DNA gyrase, and Ornidazole prevents protein synthesis, which leads to cell death and kills the bacteria. Together, Bitflox OZ Oral Suspension helps treat bacterial infections.

In some cases, Bitflox OZ Oral Suspension may cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, and heartburn. Most of these side effects may not require medical attention and resolve over time. However, talk to the doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.

Bitflox OZ Oral Suspension is used to treat bacterial infections of the gastrointestinal tract, dental, ear, nose, throat, skin, soft tissue, lung, and urinary tract. It may also be used to treat diarrhoea and dysentery. Bitflox OZ Oral Suspension contains Ofloxacin and Ornidazole. Ofloxacin inhibits DNA gyrase, which is required for the replication, transcription, and repair of the DNA. Ornidazole inhibits protein synthesis and leads to cell death, thereby killing the bacteria. Together, Bitflox OZ Oral Suspension helps in treating bacterial infections.

Directions for Use

Administer the prescribed dose to the child using the measuring cup/dropper/dosing syringe. Shake the pack well before each use.
