Concomitant use of Bisoline 10 Tablet with glimepiride may increase the risk, severity, and/or duration of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). It may also mask some of the symptoms of hypoglycemia such as palpitation, tremor, and rapid heartbeat, making it more difficult to recognize an oncoming episode.
How to manage the interaction:
Although there may be an interaction, Bisoline 10 Tablet can be taken with glimepiride if prescribed by the doctor. Consult the prescriber if you develop symptoms of low blood sugar like shakiness, dizziness, sweating, nausea, hunger, weakness, or lightheadedness.
