Asomex LTH 2.5 mg Tablet contains Losartan and S-amlodipine. Losartan lowers blood pressure and increases blood flow by preventing the narrowing of blood vessels. S-amlodipine dilates (widens) blood vessels and increases blood flow. Altogether, it helps lower blood pressure.

In some cases, Asomex LTH 2.5 mg Tablet may cause side effects like ankle swelling, headache, flushing (feeling warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk), dizziness, tiredness, palpitations (irregular heartbeat), and upset stomach. Most of these side effects of Asomex LTH 2.5 mg Tablet do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if these side effects persist or worsen, please consult your doctor.
