About Aslobact GM Cream

Aslobact GM Cream is used to treat skin infections caused by fungi such as athlete's foot, jock itch, ringworm, and tinea versicolor. Fungal infection is a skin disease in which a fungus attacks the tissue and causes infection. Fungal infections may be contagious (spread from one person to another).

Aslobact GM Cream contains Miconazole (antifungal) and Clobetasone (steroid). Miconazole works by preventing the formation of fungal protective covering, thereby stopping their growth. Clobetasone works by inhibiting the release of chemical messengers that cause inflammation and redness. Together, Aslobact GM Cream helps in treating skin infections.

In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects, such as a burning sensation, irritation, itching and redness at the site of application. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.

Do not use Aslobact GM Cream if you have had a skin reaction or irritation to any steroid medicine. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use Aslobact GM Cream in more than prescribed doses or on a large area of skin for a longer duration, as it may cause adverse effects. Do not wrap or cover the treated area with a bandage unless advised by your doctor.
