Talk to your doctor before taking Amitax 100 Injection if you have any kidney problems, or hearing problems such as tinnitus (buzzing or ringing in the ears). You are advised not to drive or operate heavy machinery after taking Amitax 100 Injection as it may cause dizziness. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor before taking Amitax 100 Injection. The doctor will prescribe you Amitax 100 Injection only if the benefits outweigh the potential risks.

• Antibiotics can alter the useful bacteria in the stomach which help in digestion. Therefore, you are advised to take foods rich in probiotics such as yoghurt/curd, kefir, sauerkraut, tempeh, kimchi, miso, kombucha, buttermilk, natto and cheese.
• Eat fibre-rich food such as whole grains, beans, lentils, berries, broccoli, peas and bananas.
• Avoid foods rich in calcium, grapefruit and grapefruit juice as they might hinder the absorption of antibiotics.
• Avoid consumption of alcohol and usage of tobacco.
