Althrocin Liquid is indicated in the treatment of bacterial infections in paediatric patients. Bacterial infection is a condition in which harmful bacteria enter, multiply, and infect the body. Symptoms may include fever and chills.

Althrocin Liquid contains Erythromycin, which works by stopping the growth of bacteria. Thereby, it helps treat bacterial infections.

In some cases, Althrocin Liquid may cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, and diarrhoea. Most of these side effects may not require medical attention and resolve gradually over time. However, consult the doctor if the side effects persist or worsen.

Do not administer Althrocin Liquid if the child is allergic to any of its components. • Include fruits and vegetables in the child’s diet.
• Make sure the child is well rested.
• Keep the child hydrated.
• Teach the child to wash hands before consuming food.
