Mego-XL Plus Injection 2 ml is a vitamin supplement primarily used to treat peripheral neuropathies (damage to nerves outside the spinal cord and brain, causing numbness and pain in the legs and arms), including diabetic neuropathy (nerve damage caused by diabetes). This medicine protects the nerve cells and promotes the regeneration of damaged nerves, thereby relieving nerve pain. It may sometimes cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, stomach upset, diarrhoea, dizziness, headache, and injection site reactions. Before receiving this medicine, tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and any pre-existing medical conditions.
