Defcort 12 Tablet is used to treat Duchenne muscular dystrophy in adults and children above 2 years of age. It contains Deflazacort, which inhibits the production of chemicals called cytokines responsible for inflammation. स्तनपान

सावधानी

अभी तक कोई प्रतिकूल प्रभाव नहीं बताया गया है, फिर भी स्तनपान कराने वाली माताओं को डॉक्टरों से परामर्श करने की सलाह दी जाती है।

ड्राइविंग

असुरक्षित

एक मरीज को मांसपेशियों में कमजोरी/थकान महसूस हो सकती है। इस दवा का उपयोग करते समय गाड़ी न चलाएं और न ही औजारों या मशीनों का उपयोग करें।

जिगर

सावधानी

यदि आपको कभी हेपेटाइटिस बी हुआ है या यदि आप हेपेटाइटिस बी के वाहक हैं, तो Defcort 12 Tablet 10's का उपयोग करने से यह वायरस सक्रिय हो सकता है या खराब हो सकता है। आपको बार-बार लीवर फंक्शन टेस्ट कराने की आवश्यकता हो सकती है। यदि आपको सर्जरी की आवश्यकता है, तो सर्जन को पहले ही बता दें कि आप Defcort 12 Tablet 10's का उपयोग कर रहे हैं।

गुर्दा

किडनी के मरीज द्वारा Defcort 12 Tablet 10's का उपयोग करने से पहले डॉक्टरों से परामर्श करने की सलाह दी जाती है। यह कुछ मामलों में किडनी को प्रभावित कर सकता है।

बच्चे

5 साल से कम उम्र के बच्चों के लिए Defcort 12 Tablet 10's की सिफारिश नहीं की जाती है। 5-10 साल की उम्र के बच्चों को Defcort 12 Tablet 10's का उपयोग करने से पहले डॉक्टर से सलाह लेनी चाहिए।
