Bilamed-M Oral Suspension is used to treat allergic conditions such as asthma, allergic rhinitis (hay fever), and exercise-induced breathing difficulties. It helps reduce inflammation and allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, itching, and nasal congestion, improving overall breathing comfort. Bilamed-M Oral Suspension contains two medicines: Montelukast and Bilastine. Montelukast reduces swelling, mucus, and tightness in the airways by blocking chemicals called leukotrienes. Bilastine blocks histamine, which causes allergy symptoms like sneezing, itching, and swelling. Together, they control both inflammation and allergic reactions to provide better relief.
