गर्भवती महिलाओं में अनुशंसित नहीं है। Aadhcort-12 Tablet 10's प्लेसेंटा को पार कर जाता है और 40 मिलीग्राम से अधिक प्रेडनिसोलोन के बराबर खुराक प्रतिदिन भ्रूण और नवजात क्षति के जोखिम को बढ़ाता है।

स्तनपान

असुरक्षित

अभी तक कोई प्रतिकूल प्रभाव नहीं बताया गया है, फिर भी स्तनपान कराने वाली माताओं को डॉक्टरों से परामर्श करने की सलाह दी जाती है।

ड्राइविंग

सावधानी

एक मरीज को मांसपेशियों में कमजोरी/थकान महसूस हो सकती है। गाड़ी न चलाएं और इस दवा का उपयोग करते समय औजारों या मशीनों का उपयोग न करें।

जिगर

असुरक्षित

यदि आपको कभी हेपेटाइटिस बी हुआ है या यदि आप हेपेटाइटिस बी के वाहक हैं, तो Aadhcort-12 Tablet 10's का उपयोग करने से यह वायरस सक्रिय हो सकता है या बदतर हो सकता है। आपको बार-बार लीवर फंक्शन टेस्ट कराने की आवश्यकता हो सकती है। यदि आपको सर्जरी की आवश्यकता है, तो सर्जन को समय से पहले बता दें कि आप Aadhcort-12 Tablet 10's का उपयोग कर रहे हैं।

गुर्दा

सावधानी

किडनी के मरीज द्वारा Aadhcort-12 Tablet 10's का उपयोग करने से पहले डॉक्टरों से सलाह लेने की सलाह दी जाती है। यह कुछ मामलों में किडनी को प्रभावित कर सकता है।

बच्चे

सावधानी

Aadhcort-12 Tablet 10's 5 साल से कम उम्र के बच्चों के लिए अनुशंसित नहीं है। 5-10 वर्ष की आयु के बच्चों को Aadhcort-12 Tablet 10's का उपयोग करने से पहले डॉक्टर से परामर्श लेना चाहिए।
