Alsita-MP 1000 Tablet contains Metformin, Pioglitazone, and Sitagliptin. These drugs work by increasing the body’s response to insulin and decreasing the amount of glucose made by the liver and absorbed from food. Thus, it helps control blood sugar levels.

Alsita-MP 1000 Tablet is used to treat type-2 diabetes mellitus. It contains Metformin (biguanides), Pioglitazone (thiazolidinediones) and Sitagliptin (dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitors). Metformin increases the body’s response to insulin and decreases the amount of glucose absorbed from food and made by the liver. Pioglitazone enhances the body’s sensitivity to insulin. Sitagliptin increases certain natural substances in the body that lower blood glucose levels. Together, Alsita-MP 1000 Tablet helps treat type 2 diabetes and prevents complications of diabetes such as kidney damage and nerve and eye problems.
