Take Nurehab-LC Tablet 10's as prescribed. The common side-effects of Nurehab-LC Tablet 10's are diarrhoea, nausea (feeling sick), and vomiting. These side effects are mild and don’t require medical attention. However, inform your doctor if any of these side effects persist or worsen.

Do not take Nurehab-LC Tablet 10's if you are allergic to any of its contents. Before taking Nurehab-LC Tablet 10's, inform your doctor if you are taking any prescription, non-prescription medicines, herbal products, or dietary supplements. Inform your doctor if you have malabsorption syndrome (difficulty absorbing nutrition from food), cancer, kidney dialysis, optic nerve damage, hypokalemia (low potassium levels in the blood), and stent in the heart. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

Let your doctor know if you have a history of seizures (fits), liver disease, kidney disease, cancer, obesity, hypokalemia, optic nerve damage, or diabetes before using Nurehab-LC Tablet 10's. Please inform your doctor if you are using any prescription and non-prescription medications, including vitamins, and herbal supplements. Do not take Nurehab-LC Tablet 10's if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless prescribed by the doctor. Do not take antacids before or after 2 hours of taking Nurehab-LC Tablet 10's as they may interfere with the action of Nurehab-LC Tablet 10's. 

Drug-drug interactions: Nurehab-LC Tablet 10's may interact with an antibiotic (chloramphenicol), anticancer agent (methotrexate and fluorouracil), blood thinners (warfarin), anti-gout medicine (colchicine), antacids (cimetidine, omeprazole, lansoprazole, and ranitidine), a medicine used to treat diabetes (metformin), a medicine used to treat inflammatory bowel conditions (sulfasalazine), a medicine used to reduce cholesterol (cholestyramine), and antiepileptic drugs (phenytoin and fosphenytoin).

Drug-food interactions: Nurehab-LC Tablet 10's may interact with alcohol.

• Include fruits like citrus, banana, and watermelon in your diet.

• Serum levels of mecobalamin present in Nurehab-LC Tablet 10's may be lowered by the use of oral contraceptives.
• Monitor your blood glucose levels regularly while using Nurehab-LC Tablet 10's.
