About Nefroneed Tablet 1

Nefroneed Tablet 1 is used in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy (diabetic kidney disease). Diabetic nephropathy is kidney damage resulting from diabetes. It is a major cause of kidney failure. 

Nefroneed Tablet 1 contains Taurine and Acetylcysteine, which belong to the antioxidant class. This medication functions by shielding the kidneys from damage caused by dangerous substances (free radicals), hence assisting in the reduction of free radical generation that damages tissue. 

Nefroneed Tablet 1 may cause certain side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, drowsiness, fever, abdominal pain, and rash. If these side effects persist, consult your doctor immediately. Take Nefroneed Tablet 1 as prescribed by your doctor.

Do not take Nefroneed Tablet 1 if you are allergic to any of its components. Before taking Nefroneed Tablet 1, inform your doctor if you have any history of asthma, liver or kidney diseases, or any allergic reactions. Nefroneed Tablet 1 is a combination medicine consisting of taurine and acetylcysteine. Taurine is an antioxidant that helps individuals with diabetic kidney disease keep their blood glucose levels and prevent additional tissue damage. Another antioxidant that can lessen the generation of free radicals that harm tissue is acetylcysteine. It has anti-inflammatory qualities as well. When used in tandem, Nefroneed Tablet 1 can successfully cure diabetic nephropathy and delay its progression.

Directions for Use

Take Nefroneed Tablet 1 as prescribed by your doctor. Swallow the medicine as a whole with a glass of water. Do not crush, chew, or break the medicine. The dose and duration of medicine will be decided by the doctor based on your doctor.

Do not take Nefroneed Tablet 1 if you are allergic to any of its components. So, stop taking this medication and consult your doctor immediately if you notice skin rashes. Nefroneed Tablet 1 is not recommended for use in children below 12 years of age.

Drug-drug interactions: Nefroneed Tablet 1 may interact with medications used to treat cough, a medicine used to treat poisonings (activated charcoal), aminoglycoside antibiotics (gentamicin, streptomycin, tobramycin, and amikacin, etc.), other antibiotics (penicillin and tetracycline), and a medication used to treat angina (glyceryl trinitrate).
