Drug-Drug interactions: Generacium Max Softgel Capsule may interact with other medicines containing vitamin D, blood thinners (warfarin, clopidogrel, and aspirin), antibiotics (chloramphenicol, ciprofloxacin, lomefloxacin, norfloxacin, sparfloxacin, and tetracycline), anti-gout medication (colchicine), a medicine used to treat diabetes (metformin), antacids, medicines used to treat high blood pressure (bendroflumethiazide, chlorthalidone, indapamide, enalapril, losartan, and valsartan), a medicine used to treat thyroid deficiency (levothyroxine), a medicine used to treat cancer (fluorouracil), a medicine used to treat heart disease (digoxin), medicines containing iron or zinc, medicines used to treat osteoporosis, steroid medicines (hydrocortisone, prednisolone, and dexamethasone), medicines used to treat fits (phenytoin, phenobarbital, and primidone), and medicine used to treat high cholesterol (cholestyramine).

Drug-Food interactions: Do not take foods fortified with vitamin D and also avoid a high intake of dairy products such as milk, ghee, and cheese.
