Tryp 10000 Injection contains Ulinastatin as an active ingredient, which belongs to the protease inhibitor class of drugs. It works by inhibiting serine proteases, including trypsin, chymotrypsin, kallikrein, plasmin, thrombin, factors IXa, Xa, XIa, and XlIa. This helps prevent organ dysfunction.
Tryp 10000 Injection may cause certain side effects, such as nausea, vomiting, headache, skin rash, itching, diarrhoea, allergic reactions and pain at the site of injection.
