The most common adverse reactions are diarrhoea, rash, dry skin, nail toxicity, stomatitis (inflammation of the oral mucosa), fatigue (feeling overtired), decreased appetite, and low blood cell counts. You should talk to your doctor if you persistently experience these side effects.

Tagrisso 80Mg Tablet can cause fetal harm when administered to a pregnant woman. If these symptoms worsen, contact your doctor right away. If ILD is confirmed, your doctor will discontinue the Tagrisso 80Mg Tablet therapy.

Drug-Drug Interactions: Tagrisso 80Mg Tablet may interact with medicines used to treat HIV infection (e.g. amprenavir, atazanavir, efavirenz), antibiotics (e.g. erythromycin, gatifloxacin), antidepressants (e.g. escitalopram), immunomodulating medication (e.g. fingolimod), anaesthetics (e.g. halothane) and vaccines (e.g. typhoid vaccine, live, smallpox vaccine, rotavirus vaccine) and antiarrhythmic agent (e.g. quinidine).

Drug-Food Interactions: Avoid the consumption of alcoholic beverages.
