Revcef AZ LB 200mg/250mg Tablet belongs to the group of medicines called antibiotics used to treat bacterial infections of the ear, skin, nose, throat, chest, lungs, and urinary tract. Revcef AZ LB 200mg/250mg Tablet is a broad-spectrum antibiotic effective against both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. A bacterial infection is a condition in which harmful bacteria enter, multiply, and infect the body. Revcef AZ LB 200mg/250mg Tablet does not work against infections caused by the virus, including cold and flu.
 
Revcef AZ LB 200mg/250mg Tablet is a combination of three drugs, namely: Azithromycin, Cefixime, and Lactobacillus. Azithromycin prevents the synthesis of essential proteins which are required for the survival of the bacteria. Cefixime works by preventing the formation of bacterial cell covering, which is necessary for the survival of the bacteria. Thereby, kills the bacteria.
