Otichek Ear Drop is a combination medicine used to treat an ear infection. An ear infection mainly occurs when bacteria or other microbes infect the middle ear (air-filled space behind the eardrum).
Otichek Ear Drop contains Beclometasone (corticosteroid), Clotrimazole (antifungal), and Ofloxacin (antibiotic) as active ingredients. This medicine works by inhibiting the growth of microbes (bacteria and fungi) that are responsible for the spread of infection.

Otichek Ear Drop is used to treat ear infections. It consists of Beclometasone, Clotrimazole, and Ofloxacin. Beclometasone works by blocking the production of prostaglandins (chemical messengers) that make the affected area red, swollen and itchy. Clotrimazole inhibits fungi growth by causing damage to the fungal cell membrane. Ofloxacin inhibits the bacterial DNA gyrase, an enzyme required for the replication, transcription and repair of the DNA.
