Drug-Drug Interaction: Nicostar Iv 48Mg Inj may interact with medicines used to treat erectile dysfunction (vardenafil, sildenafil, tadalafil), drugs to treat pulmonary hypertension (riociguat), medicine to treat premature ejaculation (dapoxetine), pain reliever (aspirin), steroids (prednisolone), high blood pressure-lowering medicines (lisinopril, ramipril, losartan, valsartan, candesartan).
