Metolow CL 10mg/50mg Tablet belongs to the group of anti-hypertensive medicines that are used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension). Metolow CL 10mg/50mg Tablet helps lower blood pressure, thereby reducing the chances of heart problems such as heart attack and stroke. High blood pressure is a condition where the blood exerts increased pressure on the walls of blood vessels. Symptoms include headache, dizziness, nosebleeds, changes in vision, chest pain, weakness, and dyspnea (shortness of breath). The majority of the time, there are no symptoms or indicators of hypertension.
 
Metolow CL 10mg/50mg Tablet is a combination of Cilnidipine and Metoprolol succinate. Cilnidipine acts on the calcium channels of the blood vessels which suppress the contraction of blood vessels and promote smooth blood flow. Metoprolol succinate lowers heart rate and facilitates simpler blood circulation throughout the body. Thus, Metolow CL 10mg/50mg Tablet helps treat hypertension.

Take as prescribed. You are advised to take Metolow CL 10mg/50mg Tablet for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition.
