High blood pressure is a condition where the blood exerts increased pressure on the walls of blood vessels. Symptoms include headache, dizziness, nosebleeds, changes in vision, chest pain, weakness, and dyspnea (shortness of breath). The majority of the time, there are no symptoms or indicators of hypertension.
 
C Met M 10mg/50mg Tablet SR is a combination of Cilnidipine and Metoprolol succinate. Cilnidipine acts on the calcium channels of the blood vessels which suppress the contraction of blood vessels and promote smooth blood flow. Metoprolol succinate lowers heart rate and facilitates simpler blood circulation throughout the body. Thus, C Met M 10mg/50mg Tablet SR helps treat hypertension.
